I'm a teacher running for city council because I think we need real people in government who know how it feels to struggle through our recession - not politicians living in a bubble for the last decade. We need to reform how our budget works, create sustainable pension systems, and foster local business growth. Let's move forward on a brighter LA, one built on a vibrant solar power industry of green jobs and an environment that attracts innovative tech start-ups to make their home in LA.
